Welcome.
I'm Audrey, the founder of Embodied Living. As a dedicated Ayurvedic bodyworker, yoga teacher, health advisor, and interdisciplinary artist, I draw upon a lifetime of studies, practices, and habits both natural and integrative to help clients heal, grow, and transform.
Here’s how I got here. Before this, I was pursuing a career in the performing arts. While my path has shifted away from that industry, my artistic practice deeply informs what I do today. Art is another powerful form of medicine, where we can breathe life into our inner creativity, channel our pain constructively, and bridge the gap between inner and outer worlds. While I no longer consider myself a professional performing artist, I have ironically shifted into the role of mural artist and project manager for an awesome mural studio, in addition to my work with Embodied Living. My work in both worlds—wellness and art—has grown in tandem, positively influencing and evolving one another at every turn.
After years exploring an array of yoga lineages, Ayurveda, deep feminine embodiment, and even astrology, I realized the work I wanted to do required integrating it all into a single, living practice. Embodied Living was born from that integration—a space to share tools, insights, and guidance for personal transformation.
When I got over the hump in my own healing journey, clearing skin, chronic injuries and childhood traumas alike, I became increasingly aware of my responsibility and my calling. As I reclaimed my power, the clarity and fire within me burned, urging me to do something more—to share what I had learned with others, beyond the limits of systems and culture that too often disempower us.
I recognized that the power to survive, heal, and thrive had always been buried within me. This isn’t just my truth… it’s the most fundamental truth. And from that truth, Embodied Living was born.
Since founding Embodied Living in 2021, my path has focused on growth, study, and service. I’ve continued learning, traveling, and connecting with communities while refining a platform that supports healing, empowerment, and creativity. Embodied Living is an extension of this journey, offering a place where transformation meets practical, lived experience.
