Deep Experience of Practice

Embodied Yoga Therapy combines my 10+ years experience as a yoga teacher with my Ayurvedic practice. I teach from a place of deep listening. Intentional and intuitive, movement and breathing are carefully chosen with the intention of cultivating overall balance in the mind and body. When we look to the qualities in nature, it tells us what we need to do. Utilizing various gems from my years of explorative practice, my intention is always to create a space that is welcoming and transformative for everyone.

My teaching essence combines integration of self, functional movement, anatomy and distillation. Through movement, I challenge the body in order to cultivate strength and ease. Through breath, I soothe and guide you into transformative states of consciousness.
